  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns with a content-first approach.
  • Write, edit, and manage high-quality content (blogs, web copy, social posts, case studies, newsletters) that clearly communicates ISM Africa's value propositions.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project teams to translate technical insights into engaging content.
  • Manage and grow ISM Africa's presence on social media and digital channels.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategy.
  • Track marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., designers, photographers, content creators) when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in content writing, digital marketing, and social media management.
  • Strong writing and editorial skills with the ability to create clear, persuasive, and technically sound content.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Solid analytical skills with experience interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and CMS systems.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of the construction or infrastructure sector is highly desirable.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
