- Develop and execute comprehensive national sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify new market opportunities, distribution channels, and consumer segments.
- Lead and manage a team of regional sales managers, brand managers, and marketing professionals.
- Oversee B2B and B2C sales operations including distributor partnerships, retail chains, and on-trade/off-trade accounts.
- Set and monitor sales KPIs, targets, and budgets across regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Optimize distribution networks and ensure efficient route-to-market strategies.
- Drive penetration and visibility of products across multiple channels including retail, HoReCa, and modern trade.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product availability and delivery.
- Lead brand positioning and consumer marketing strategies in line with market trends and regulatory guidelines.
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns including digital, trade promotions, and activations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to alcohol marketing and distribution.
- Provide regular performance reports and market insights to senior leadership.
- Manage marketing and sales budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in sales and marketing leadership within the alcoholic beverages or beverage industry
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling distribution networks and managing retail channels
- Strong track record in brand growth, market expansion, and team leadership
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of local market dynamics, alcohol regulations, and consumer behaviour
