The Restaurant Hostess will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, managing reservations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements. Daily tasks will include maintaining a pleasant dining environment, assisting with special requests, and coordinating with the restaurant staff to optimize guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Experience with managing Reservations and Phone Etiquette
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is advantageous
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays
