- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide first-line user support in person, by phone, or remotely.
- Install, configure, and update computer sys- tems and applications.
- Monitor and maintain networks and systems for efficiency.
- Manage support tickets, track resolutions, and maintain records.
- Handle account creation, access rights, and user offboarding.
- Document IT procedures and prepare simple performance reports.
- Bachelor's degree in: Computer Science, IT, Information Science, Business IT,or Computer & Information Technology.
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and/or Linux. Skills in installing, configuring, and trouble- shooting software and hardware.
- Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
- Understanding of cybersecurity practices. Experience with help desk/ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
