- Sales Execution: Drive sales from lead to close, meet targets, and provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Training & Onboarding: Educate farmers on product benefits, assist with account setup, and support onboarding onto FarmCloud.
- Farmer Engagement: Source and build relationships with farmers and local influencers in your assigned territory.
- Product Promotion: Market and demonstrate Synnefa's solutions to drive awareness and adoption.
- Lead Management: Generate and qualify leads, documenting high-potential prospects for follow-up.
- Reporting: Maintain records of farmer interactions, training sessions, and leads; submit timely progress reports to your manager.
- Market Feedback: Collect farmer insights and share with internal teams to improve product relevance and outreach.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales (agriculture sector preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical products in a relatable and engaging manner.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Fluent in English and Swahili (knowledge of additional local languages is an asset).
- Possession of a valid driver's license is a plus.
