- Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue management strategy to maximize hotel revenue across all properties.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify pricing trends, competitor strategies and guest behaviour.
- Prepare and present regular reports on revenue, market trends & distribution channel effectiveness.
- Lead in the budgeting process.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in revenue management software (e.g. PMS, Fidelio, IDeaS), hospitality distribution systems (e.g. GDS CRS) and analysis tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI).
- Understanding of the Kenyan and East African hospitality market.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in managing multiple properties within a cluster/ group is required.
