The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, high-rise buildings and office blocks with expertise in office space construction, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Design Coordination
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to finalize office space plans.
  • Review project blueprints, specifications, and cost estimates to ensure feasibility.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Execution and Oversight
  • Lead and manage on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Oversee material procurement, quality control, and project timelines.
Budget and Cost Management
  • Monitor project expenditures and track costs to ensure adherence to the budget.
  • Identify and mitigate potential financial risks.
  • Approve vendor contracts, invoices, and change orders.
Stakeholder Communication
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular progress updates and address project challenges proactively.
  • Conduct site visits and client walkthroughs to ensure satisfaction.
Quality Assurance and Handover
  • Perform inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and contractual requirements.
  • Address any defects or punch list items before final delivery.
Prepare and present project handover documents.Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on office space or commercial construction.
