Join us in crafting cleaner, greener, and happier environments for all.Construction Project ManagerYou will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of renovation projects-ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met. You'll also conduct site visits, take measurements, prepare sketches, and brief the design team for project proposals.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial site visits, measurements, and site sketches
  • Interpret and implement design and architectural drawings on-site
  • Develop work schedules, budgets, and resource plans per project
  • Coordinate contractors, artisans, suppliers, and logistics
  • Supervise ongoing works and ensure high-quality, detail-oriented execution
  • Ensure site safety, compliance, and reporting standards are upheld
  • Brief and collaborate with the design team for proposal development
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to management and clients
  • Ensure timely delivery and handover of projects within set budgets
Qualifications
  • Registered with the National Construction Authority (NCA) - Class 6 or above preferred
  • Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design
  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing renovation or interior projects
  • Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Competent in taking measurements, sketching site layouts, and reporting
  • Familiarity with luxury finishes and detail execution
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools
Contract Terms
  • Project-based engagement, depending on work availability
  • Compensation structured per project phase or milestone
  • Flexibility required for site visits across Nairobi and nearby areas
