- Lead Sales & Marketing - Oversee showroom sales, run campaigns within budget, and implement product promotions.
- Manage Operations - Maintain reports, ensure compliance, and supervise IT systems for smooth operations.
- Control Inventory - Track stock movements, coordinate replenishment, and ensure proper labeling and displays.
- Enhance Customer Experience - Guide teams to improve service, update customer records, and manage project orders.
- Optimize Showroom Presentation - Maintain clean, attractive layouts that maximize sales and customer flow.
- Train & Supervise Teams - Develop staff skills, monitor performance, and enforce operational standards.
- Ensure Profitability - Control operational costs and drive sustainable business growth.
- Analyze Customer Behavior - Interpret purchasing trends to drive transactions and boost sales.
- Develop & Execute Strategies - Plan effective sales approaches and innovate new sales models.
- Coordinate Promotions - Organize and manage store campaigns to maximize engagement and revenue.
- Minimum 5 years of store sales and management experience.
- At least 3 years of cross-cultural management experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in building materials (especially ceramic tiles or sanitary ware) sales management.
- Must have directly managed a team of 10 or more employees.
- Experience running a showroom with monthly sales exceeding USD 100,000 is preferred.
- Educational Background & Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or International Trade.
- Preferred: Candidates with retail sales certification or awards in large-scale store promotion.
