Nas Airport Services Ltd is looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our Technical / Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our facilities, including heavy machinery operations, high loaders, and fleet areas. This is a key role in ensuring our HVAC systems operate efficiently
and safely to support our high-demand industrial environment.Main Responsibilities
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including split units, chillers, and ventilation systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and perform necessary repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and industry regulations.
  • Monitor HVAC systems in vehicle workshops, control rooms, and production areas.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed, inspections, and parts used.
  • Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
  • Respond promptly to emergency repair needs.
  • Safely operate within confined spaces or at heights for certain installations.
Academic Qualification
  • Technical Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
Key Competencies
  • 3-5 years' experience in technical planning or engineering coordination.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, work order systems, and maintenance planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, project management tools, and technical reporting.
  • Familiarity with CMMS or ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Experience managing technical operations across multiple sites is an added advantage.
