- Coordinate and track technical projects across Nairobi and Mombasa.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and work plans.
- Monitor technician assignments, workloads, and daily activities.
- Liaise with procurement, stores, and other departments to ensure timely availability of tools and parts.
- Keep work orders and project documentation updated.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions.
- Support preventive maintenance planning and execution.
- Ensure operational consistency across both sites.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 3-5 years' experience in technical planning or engineering coordination.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, work order systems, and maintenance planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, project management tools, and technical reporting.
- Familiarity with CMMS or ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Experience managing technical operations across multiple sites is an added advantage.
