  • The successful candidate will support the Marketing Manager by coordinating teams, conducting market research and brand training and monitoring sales and brand performance to drive effective marketing strategies and business growth.
What to expect:
  • Gather consumer feedback through field activations and retail engagements to inform brand strategies and conduct research on competition.
  • Coordinate and facilitate required marketing support items and information between the sales team, marketing agencies, and Marketing Manager
  • Gather consumer feedback through field activations and retail engagements to inform brand strategies.
  • Conduct brand immersion training for sales and merchandising teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning.
  • Participate in field visits to identify market gaps that the marketing team could bridge to enhance sales performance.
  • Monitor product placement, visibility, and communication to ensure proper execution of marketing strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance across regions with Brand Ambassadors.
  • Plan and execute marketing events and activations.
Essential experience, education and skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing or communications roles, preferably in the FMCG Industry.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills for liaising with stakeholders, partners, and media contacts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
