- Respond to customer enquiries in a warm, respectful, and reassuring tone
- Understand customer needs and guide them appropriately without giving medical advice
- Confirm orders clearly and record them accurately
- Coordinate with delivery team to ensure timely home delivery
- Send proactive updates to customers about their orders
- Follow up after delivery to ensure satisfaction
- Differentiate when to advise a customer to seek specialist advice.
- Maintain clear records of orders and customer interactions
- Experience as a lactation support assistant or in a closely related maternal support role
- Strong empathy and ability to communicate with mothers in a calm and supportive way
- Excellent written communication in English and Kiswahili
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Email and Social Media for customer communication
- Highly reliable, organized and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage customer conversations with confidentiality and respect
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Mothers feel heard, supported, and respected in every interaction
- Orders are handled smoothly from enquiry to delivery
- High customer satisfaction and repeat orders
- Strong coordination with delivery team
