- Market knowledge for Diesel, Gas, Thermal and Solar based power plants
- Prepare the sales strategy for Kenya market
- Create the strong enquiry base for respective products/ services
- Lead and create a team of effective sales personnel
- Analyze the market requirements, competitor's plans/ strategies and prepare the business Plans
- Preparing presentations, proposals as per specific customer's requirement
- Should be able to prepare tenders with the help of supporting staff and take lead to win the same
- Making close relationship with consultants, contractors, customers and all working staff
- Aware of Quality Assurance plans, safety requirements and environmental requirements
- Understand and translate buyer requirements into a standard solution, proposal and cost estimate
- Preparing the schedules, work plan, budgeting and MIS reports
- Understand and clearly define the input required to create cost estimates
- Collaborating as a key member of the sales team to represent the solution offering to
- the client buyer and other internal
- Ensure up-to-date knowledge of products and services
- Diploma Engineer, BSC, B-Tech will be
- At least 5 - 15 years of work experience in a similar capacity, with high success rate
- Ready to
- Must have experience in selling the G.sets/ Gas sets/ Solar Power plants and providing turnkey solutions
