Job DescriptionPosition: Regional Manager – Sales and TechnicalRole Involves :Mainly Direct Corporate Sales in Kenya and oversee Dealers distribution for different Brands of Generators businessReporting to- DirectorJob Location: KenyaJob Purpose:Interpret and translate client requirements into a solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings. Operate as a single point of contact or as part of a team (on large deals with multiple Solutions) accountable from Stage 1 to deal closureKey Responsibilities:Market knowledge for Diesel, Gas, Thermal and Solar based power plants.Prepare the sales strategy for Kenya marketCreate the strong enquiry base for respective products/ servicesLead and create a team of effective sales personnelAnalyze the market requirements, competitor’s plans/ strategies and prepare the business PlansPreparing presentations, proposals etc. as per specific customer’s requirementShould be able to prepare tenders with the help of supporting staff and take lead to win the sameMaking close relationship with consultants, contractors, customers and all working staffAware of Quality Assurance plans, safety requirements and environmental requirementsUnderstand and translate buyer requirements into a standard solution, proposal and cost estimatePreparing the schedules, work plan, budgeting and MIS reportsUnderstand and clearly define the input required to create cost estimatesCollaborating as a key member of the sales team to represent the solution offering to the client buyer and other internal groups.Ensure up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered.Key performance IndicatorsKPI 1: Increase RevenueKPI 2: Quality assuranceKPI 4: ProductivityKPI 5: Parts SoldQualifications:Diploma Engineer, BSC, B-Tech will be preferred.At least 5 - 15 years of work experience in a similar capacity, with high success rateReady to travel.Must have experience in selling the D.G. sets/ Gas sets/ Solar Power plants and providing turnkey solutionsRelevant working experience: Minimum 3 years in a reputable company in generators.Skills:Quality orientationStrong team spirit, flexible but persistent and result-orientedTechnical aptitude to complete service and repairs in a timely mannerThe ability to patiently coach junior team members.Resourcefulness to build technical aptitude.Ability to absorb constructive criticism and work well under pressureRemuneration Structure :Total Gross Salary in USD in Salary AccountFamily Status with House Rent as per Grade provided by companyUtilities - Electricity, Gas and Food on own.Car with Fuel as per grade provided ( Driver provided for 2 weeks till Licence received )Medical InsuranceOnce a Year Tickets to India to & fro with family.WP, Visa provided by companyPlease Expedite and Send the Updated Resume Along with requested details and confirmation of interest.Regards,Pooja Raval - Sr. Consultant / Team LeaderGulshan SaiyedSend CV and Reply mail to: ;Will call you for detail discussion, if your Profile is relevant.
