  • The job holder will be responsible for ensuring area sales revenues arecontinuously enhanced to maximize returns on investment.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and marketing expense controls.
  • Execute said plan and meet sales goals.
  • Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team and provide ongoing trainingof the salespeople.
  • Assist in recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of salesrepresentatives.
  • Develop new avenues of marketing and lead generation.
  • Equip the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledgeeducation.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Develop and cultivate long-term relationships with prospective consumers andotherrelated industries to help strengthen partnerships.
  • Leverage the existing network and expand the company's product reach andrepeatbusiness through relationship building and exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to properly coordinate project implementation, andcustomer service support interface, and proactively address problems/customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competitive threats, andopportunities to deliver greater value to customers.
  • Strategic reporting on all sales activities including sales and prospecting activities, salescalls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A diploma/degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field - froma reputable institution.
  • A minimum of 2 years proven experience handling Fast-moving Goods . withat least 2 year's experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Spoken and written English communication with the highest standards ofprofessionalism is required.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management.
  • Must be a fast learner, highly self-motivated, capable of producing high-impact workwithout supervision, adaptable, and self-confident.
  • Creativity to solve problems and develop ideas to improve workflow and efficiency.
  • Mental and emotional fortitude to thrive in a fast pace, high-production, performance- driven environment.
  • High business acumen with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information and adapt it tospecificcustomers.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a high degree of responsiveness, reliability, andintegrity.
  • Driven with a persuasive, enthusiastic, and client- centric focus.
