🕒 Schedule: Full-time | Flexible hours | Global reach💼 ABOUT THE ROLEYou’re not just finding gigs — you’re building a movement.We’re looking for a go-getter with polish who can secure paid speaking, teaching, and strategic engagements with universities, accelerators, nonprofits, and global event organizers.You’ll own this pipeline from end-to-end — researching opportunities, managing profiles, customizing pitches, booking gigs, finalizing contracts, and making it happen. Your mission? Generate $10,000/month in paid engagements by getting our founder in the room where it happens (or on the screen where it matters).This is not a passive outreach coordinator role. This is your playbook, your pipeline, your mission. We want you to build a personal engagement engine that runs on your drive, creativity, and obsession with smart positioning.🚀 YOUR MISSIONAchieve a recurring revenue stream of $10,000/month from:
- Adjunct teaching
- Guest workshops
- Entrepreneur-in-residence gigs
- Speaking engagements
- Accelerator coaching
- Corporate or nonprofit training
- Paid panels or residencies
✅ Keep all bios, digital profiles, speaker platforms, and decks updated
✅ Research, pitch, apply, follow up, and CLOSE deals
✅ Handle all scheduling, contract tracking, reminders, and pre-engagement coordination
✅ Collaborate with content and brand teams to keep public-facing materials aligned
✅ Track all data, hit your KPIs, and report weekly like a pro🧰 TOOLS YOU’LL USE (AND MASTER)
- Notion or Airtable (for pipeline + deal tracking)
- ChatGPT + Canva (for bios, decks, speaker one-pagers)
- LinkedIn Navigator + Hunter.io (for decision-maker outreach)
- SpeakerHub, Matchmaker.fm, Podchaser, Clarity.fm (and anywhere else we belong)
- Google Workspace + Calendly (for scheduling)
- Slack + Motion (for internal ops + time-blocking)
- Our current Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) is $10,000 per month in paid engagements.
- We have 200+ active opportunities in the pipeline.
- There are 100+ qualified outreach attempts each month.
- On average, we secure 4–6 new booked engagements per month.
- Our profiles and platforms are kept 100% up to date on a monthly basis.
- A weekly pipeline update is submitted every Friday.
- You’ve booked paid engagements for a speaker, coach, professor, or creator
- You have excellent written communication and can tailor bios and proposals in your sleep
- You’re obsessed with managing your own deal pipeline and take pride in being the reason things get booked
- You’ve worked with or pitched to universities, nonprofits, or accelerator programs
- You understand the difference between just “getting attention” vs. getting paid
- You know how to write a great follow-up email that actually converts
- Speak multiple languages (global outreach is welcomed!)
- Have worked with higher education, economic development, startup orgs, or executive programs
- Can show samples of bios, decks, speaker pages, or applications you’ve submitted and won
- Are a systems thinker — someone who builds structures and improves results quarter-over-quarte
- Work directly with a founder who already has a personal brand, credibility, and a network — and wants to 10x it
- Own the results and get rewarded with up to $15,000/year in bonuses
- Collaborate with a global creative and operations team — including video, funnel, and podcast support
