- Attend site visits during initial client consultations
- Perform project calculations, cost estimates, and material schedules.
- Coordinate supplies and follow up on deliveries.
- Supervise workers and subcontractors on site.
- Ensure works are carried out as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate workmanship and ensure quality and safety.
- Keep daily site records and maintain photo documentation.
- Prepare work programs and update project timelines.
- Maintain organized project documents and records.
- Compile detailed project updates
- Escalate site challenges promptly
- Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years' interior project experience with proven delivery of fit-outs
- Minimum 5 years' exterior project experience covering civil or building works
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, interior finishes, and exterior detailing
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project etc
- Able to coordinate supplies and support procurement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
- Must have own laptop
