  • 5+ years in marketing (at least 2 in healthcare, tech, or startup environment)
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools, analytics platforms, and digital channels
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Job roleStrategic Marketing Planning
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Develop quarterly and annual marketing plans in collaboration with the Regional Lead.
Brand Management
  • Oversee brand consistency across all channels (digital, print, PR).
  • Strengthen HealthX Africa's positioning in the telehealth market.
Market Research & Insights
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Use insights to inform strategy, targeting, and service offerings.
Campaign Development & Execution
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns (social media, email, digital ads, offline).
  • Track and optimize performance to ensure high engagement and ROI.
Content & Communication Oversight
  • Supervise development of compelling content (blogs, social media, email, video).
  • Ensure all messaging aligns with brand tone and audience expectations.
Lead Generation & Demand Creation
  • Build digital funnels to drive qualified leads.
  • Work with sales teams to ensure lead quality and conversion alignment.
Partnership & Community Engagement
  • Identify and manage partnerships (e.g., employers, influencers, health orgs).
  • Promote co-branded initiatives to extend reach and build trust.
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
  • Track key KPIs (Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Click Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Lead (CPL), conversion rate, etc.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights.
Budget & Resource Management
  • Prepare and manage marketing budgets.
  • Ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment.
