- 5+ years in marketing (at least 2 in healthcare, tech, or startup environment)
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools, analytics platforms, and digital channels
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Develop quarterly and annual marketing plans in collaboration with the Regional Lead.
- Oversee brand consistency across all channels (digital, print, PR).
- Strengthen HealthX Africa's positioning in the telehealth market.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Use insights to inform strategy, targeting, and service offerings.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns (social media, email, digital ads, offline).
- Track and optimize performance to ensure high engagement and ROI.
- Supervise development of compelling content (blogs, social media, email, video).
- Ensure all messaging aligns with brand tone and audience expectations.
- Build digital funnels to drive qualified leads.
- Work with sales teams to ensure lead quality and conversion alignment.
- Identify and manage partnerships (e.g., employers, influencers, health orgs).
- Promote co-branded initiatives to extend reach and build trust.
- Track key KPIs (Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Click Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Lead (CPL), conversion rate, etc.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets.
- Ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment.
