- Diploma or Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- BCom (Accounting) is an added advantage.
- Previous experience as an Admin Assistant or Personal Assistant is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and client management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
