- Develop and implement business development strategies aimed at increasing the company's sales and profits.
- Conduct market research and analyze current and past financial data to identify trends and provide strategies for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster business growth.
- Provide feedback to management on market needs and client expectations to support service improvement.
- Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets and achieve business growth objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
- Represent the firm at networking events, business forums, and industry gatherings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in professional services (accounting, tax, consulting, or legal).
- Strong understanding of accounting and tax services will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
