Prepare cost benefit analyses for Capex proposals.
Update and share product/SKU costing sheets weekly.
Prepare & Analyze management accounts and recommend actions to Senior management.
Continuously monitor and analyze input costs, and implement cost reduction initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Prepare and manage budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and cash flow to ensure financial accuracy and stability.
Participate in procurement decisions and monitor BOM daily.
Manage debtor cycles, credit notes, and customer incentive schemes.
Prepare and present impact analyses of marketing expenditures, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.Ensure contract compliance and maintain financial records.
Prepare detailed P&L reports at Value Stream, brand, and customer level.

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/ACCA preferred)
Senior finance experience, ideally in manufacturing or FMCG
Strong analytical, communication & leadership skills
Experience in non alcoholic beverage manufacturing is highly desirable
