  • Plastic sales will be responsible for building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of our existing and new clients.
Qualifications and RequirementsEducation:
  • Degree/Diploma in Sales, or any other Business related field.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Transport and Logistics Processes - Understanding truck hiring, delivery planning, and route optimization.
  • Professional Client Communication - Knowing how to communicate eectively and maintain client relationships
  • Time Management Techniques - Awareness of strategies to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Pellet Product Specifications - Familiarity with the quality, applications, and benefits of the pellets.
  • Basic Sales Processes - Understanding customer needs, retention strategies, and sales fundamentals.
  • Problem-Solving Frameworks - Knowledge of approaches to resolve logistical or client-related challenges..
  • Team Dynamics - Awareness of workflows and collaboration within sales and logistics teams.
  • Record-Keeping and Reporting - Understanding how to maintain accurate delivery records and prepare reports
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate transport for pellet deliveries to clients.
  • Check that the right material with the right quality is loaded.
  • Track and follow up on the delivery of materials and samples.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and client communications.
  • Support the senior sales team by preparing required documentation.
  • Occasionally accompany senior salespeople on client visits
