- Plastic sales will be responsible for building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of our existing and new clients.
- Degree/Diploma in Sales, or any other Business related field.
- Transport and Logistics Processes – Understanding truck hiring, delivery planning, and route optimization.
- Professional Client Communication – Knowing how to communicate eectively and maintain client relationships
- Time Management Techniques – Awareness of strategies to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Pellet Product Specifications – Familiarity with the quality, applications, and benefits of the pellets.
- Basic Sales Processes – Understanding customer needs, retention strategies, and sales fundamentals.
- Problem-Solving Frameworks – Knowledge of approaches to resolve logistical or client-related challenges..
- Team Dynamics – Awareness of workflows and collaboration within sales and logistics teams.
- Record-Keeping and Reporting – Understanding how to maintain accurate delivery records and prepare reports
- Organize and coordinate transport for pellet deliveries to clients.
- Check that the right material with the right quality is loaded.
- Track and follow up on the delivery of materials and samples.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and client communications.
- Support the senior sales team by preparing required documentation.
- Occasionally accompany senior salespeople on client visits
