You'll lead the strategic vision and execution for these iconic brands, shaping the future of haircare and hair color in a dynamic market.Here's what you'll be working on:
  • Brand Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement annual marketing plans, including brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Product Innovation: Lead new product launches and adapt global initiatives to local market needs.
  • Financial Management: Own and manage the A&P budget, ensuring ROI-driven decisions.
  • Digital & Advocacy: Drive online engagement, identify local trends, and execute advocacy strategies for HERO SKUs.
  • B2B Collaboration: Partner with retail and education teams to roll out impactful retail strategies and materials.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze KPIs, market share, and campaign effectiveness to inform strategic decisions.
We Are Looking ForWe're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You'll be a strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate insights into impactful brand strategies and campaigns. Your expertise in brand management, coupled with a deep understanding of the beauty industry and professional salon channel, will set you apart.Here's what you'll bring to the table:
  • Brand Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement the annual marketing plan, encompassing brand positioning, messaging, target audience segmentation, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Financial Performance Management: Own and manage the A&P budget.
  • Product Development & Innovation: Lead new product launches, working with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to consumers.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data to track KPIs, monitor market share, and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead & drive annual brand strategic marketing plans and campaigns to evaluate brand visibility and maximize business opportunities.
  • Lead the marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) and the adaptation of communication (imagery, digital, point of sales).
  • Take ownership of launches and create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences locally. Supervise the entire process and the respect of deadline.
  • Influence the B-to-B strategy working together with the retail and education team, lead the roll-out of retail material.
  • Translate the brand's sense of purpose into a retail strategy for the country.
  • Pricing and positioning - Participate in creating of the pricing operation strategy.
  • Manage and enhance performance of online players by driving promotions and developing strategies to convert visits to the platforms.
  • Be digital savvy, able to identify the local trend online and drive the Advocacy and Influence strategy on HERO SKUs by identifying the locally relevant narratives and the right advocates.
  • Strong consumer understanding to be able to localize global initiatives.
You'll also need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Brand Management, ideally within the beauty or consumer goods sector.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and proven experience.
  • A strong understanding of the Professional Salon Channel and customer dynamics.
  • A passion for innovation, creativity, and delivering exceptional brand experiences.
