- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for automatic gate and automation solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and dealers.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide after-sales support and coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth installations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the brand.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' sales experience in automation, security solutions, construction, or related industry (experience in gates/automation is an added advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
