This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across all operational functions except business development and sales.Job DescriptionOperational Strategy & Leadership:Develop and implement operational strategies to support the company's growthand objectives.Provide leadership and direction to the operations team, fostering a culture ofexcellence and continuous improvement.2.Process Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiencyand effectiveness.Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance and drive decision-making.3.Resource Management:Oversee resource allocation, including staffing, equipment, and materials, toensure optimal utilization.Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts andensuring timely delivery of goods and services.4.Logistics & Supply Chain:Manage logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely and cost-effectivedelivery of products.Optimize inventory management practices to minimize costs and maximizeefficiency.5.Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and companypolicies.Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.6.Facility Management:Oversee the maintenance and management of company facilities, ensuring a safeand productive work environment.Coordinate with facility management teams to address any operational issues.7.Customer Service & Support:In close collaboration with the sales manager, ensure high levels of customersatisfaction by overseeing customer service operations and addressing any issues.Implement customer feedback mechanisms to drive improvements in servicedelivery.8.Budgeting & Financial Management:Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost control and financialaccountability.In close collaboration with the finance manager, monitor and report on operationalperformance against budget and financial targets.9.Team Development & Performance Management:Recruit, train, and develop operations staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to teammembers.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Master's degree preferred.∙Proven 3+ years' experience in an operations management role, preferably within therenewable energy or manufacturing industry.∙Strong leadership and team management skills.∙Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.∙Proficiency in operations management software and tools.∙Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.∙Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.∙Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
