  • Provide legal advice on commercial and corporate legal
  • Draft, review and negotiate desirable terms for all commercial contracts these include: sales, suppliers, and contractor's legal transactional documents.
  • Assist with due diligence related to commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal transactional
  • Engage with the industry associations on Company compliance matters and update the

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Law degree from a recognized institution.
  • A Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
  • Admission as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
  • A valid practicing certificate.
  • At least 5 years' professional experience in a reputable commercial law firm/department. (Added advantage if with experience in Oil & Gas or Extractives.)
  • Membership with the Law Society of Kenya and in good standing.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and good working knowledge of modern information, communication and technology systems.
  • Knowledge in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
