Duties and responsibilities:-
  • Provide user support and training of users.
  • Assist in the implementation of the computer systems and associated links
  • Write and test computer programs according to instructions and speciļ¬cations.
  • Monitor the performance of IT and ICT equipment; and
  • Repair and maintain ICT equipment
