- Drive sales growth by expanding product penetration and increasing the active customer base.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Position Puratos Bakery, Patisserie, and Chocolate solutions through a value-based selling approach.
- Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships to ensure loyalty and profitability
- Conduct customer visits, demonstrations, and applications that support solution-driven selling
- Manage customer issues proactively and coordinate internal teams to provide timely resolutions
- Plan and prioritize daily sales activities in line with commercial targets and KPIs
- Ensure accurate sales order entry and compliance with routing, credit, and payment policies
- Provide actionable market insights by monitoring trends, competition, and customer needs
- Promote Puratos products at events, demos, and market activities while acting as a strong brand ambassador
- Degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field; Bakery diploma preferred
- Sales experience in bakery, pastry, chocolate, or agri-food sectors
- Practical bakery/improver knowledge is a strong asset
- Committed team player with strong initiative in international company
- Autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented in follow-up and execution
- Humble, open, and a good listener with strong communication skills
- Proactive, persuasive, and influential in presenting ideas
- Proficient in digital tools, computer and tablet use
- Valid driver's license; willing to travel regularly
