- Identify, evaluate, and onboard global suppliers across multiple sectors
- Source goods quickly and competitively for active tenders
- Obtain and compare multiple supplier quotations (pricing, lead times, quality)
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and supply agreements
- Ensure supplier reliability, compliance, and delivery capability
- Work closely with pricing, bid, and logistics teams to align sourcing with submissions
- Maintain supplier database and sourcing records for scalability
- Support tender success through strong supplier strategy and cost optimisation
- Deliver supplier quotes within 24–48 hours
- Secure competitive pricing and reliable supply chains
- Maintain high supplier performance and responsiveness
- Contribute to improved tender win rates
- Experience in sourcing, procurement, or supplier management
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills
- Understanding of global supply chains and logistics
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Experience with UN, NGO, or government supply (advantage)

- Conduct due diligence on suppliers including capability, capacity, certifications, and compliance standards
- Establish a scalable and resilient global supplier network
- Source goods and products aligned with active UN, NGO, and government tenders
- Obtain multiple competitive quotations (pricing, lead times, specifications) within tight timelines
- Ensure sourced products fully meet tender technical requirements and specifications
- Support rapid turnaround to meet submission deadlines
- Negotiate pricing, terms, delivery schedules, and supply agreements
- Secure cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality and reliability
- Drive continuous cost optimisation without compromising delivery standards
- Develop long-term supplier relationships to improve pricing and priority access
- Monitor supplier performance across quality, delivery, responsiveness, and reliability
- Ensure suppliers meet required compliance standards (including UN/NGO expectations where applicable)
- Address supplier risks and implement corrective actions where necessary
- Maintain high standards of accountability across all supplier engagements
- Work closely with:
- Align sourcing decisions with pricing models, bid strategies, and delivery plans
- Ensure consistency between supplier capabilities and proposed tender solutions
- Analyse market trends, supplier pricing, and global sourcing conditions
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative sourcing strategies
- Provide insights to support competitive and strategic pricing decisions
- Stay informed on global supply chain risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure feasibility of delivery timelines and routes
- Align sourcing with shipping methods, Incoterms, and destination requirements
- Ensure suppliers can meet packaging, documentation, and export/import requirements
- Maintain and update supplier databases, pricing records, and sourcing documentation
- Track supplier performance, pricing history, and sourcing outcomes
- Build structured sourcing systems to support high-volume tender execution
- Identify supply risks including delays, shortages, or compliance issues
- Develop backup supplier options and contingency sourcing strategies
- Ensure continuity of supply across multiple regions and product categories
- Improve sourcing processes, efficiency, and turnaround times
- Contribute to building a high-performance procurement and supply function
- Support the organisation’s ability to scale sourcing operations globally
