- Responsible for creating, implementing, and evaluating communication and advertising strategies to ensure effective and consistent messaging both internally and externally. The role is essential in maintaining a positive image of the bank, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and effectively conveying the bank’s mission, values, and achievements.
- Effecting and Impactful communication within established SLAs, quality standards
- Brand Strength through strategic communications
- Effective and impactful advertising
- Effective risk management through communications
- A bachelor's degree in media studies, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
- Must have at least 2 years of demonstrable experience in social media management and advertising, gained either through an agency or within a competitive corporate environment.
- Must have a strong and current understanding of the advertising landscape, industry best practices, value proposition, and effective methodologies for collaborating with advertising agencies and various media channels.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must be a proactive and hands-on individual with a proven ability to identify emerging trends within the communications and advertising sectors.
- Must have strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build consensus, consult effectively, influence decisions, and navigate trade-offs with various internal and external partners.
- Proven ability to develop compelling business cases for advertising initiatives, negotiate effectively with vendors and partners, and influence positive results.
- Passionate about advertising and bring a unique and valuable skillset to enhance the company’s existing knowledge and capabilities in this area.
