- Extensive experience (minimum 3 years) in a luxury or upscale hotel environment, with at least 2 years in a similar leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with network infrastructure, server maintenance, cloud systems, and data security.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking, and server administration.
- Hands-on experience with hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and accounting applications (Opera, Micros)
- Proven ability to lead IT projects, manage vendors and budgets, and support end-users across multiple departments.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with guests, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to address challenges proactively and effectively.
- Experience working with multinational teams and regional/global IT support structures is an added advantage.
