EcoBana is a social enterprise and a youth led company who work together with women, refugee outreach and young entrepreneurs based in different counties to produce biodegradable eco-friendly and hygienic sanitary towels made from banana fibers.Quality AssuranceQualifications:
  • Degree or diploma in Quality Assurance, Quality Managment or related field.
  • Experience in manufacturing or product quality control.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and precision.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
InternQualification Needed:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Public Health, Social Sciences, Community Development, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), WASH, and community impact programs.
  • Good organizational and research skills, with the ability to support program planning, mapping, and implementation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and able to handle basic data entry and reporting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with the Foundations Manager and diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
