- We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources professional to manage and support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and facilitating resolutions.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support managers in performance management.
- Ensure timely processing of payroll and employee benefits.
- Plan and execute training and development initiatives.
- Support organizational changes and HR strategy implementation.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze HR metrics for decision-making.
- Promote a healthy workplace environment and positive employee engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role (e.g., HR Officer, HR Generalist, HR Manager).
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
