- Lead and manage all aspects of office administration
- Oversee scheduling, event logistics, and smooth coordination of training programs
- Manage client communications and support document preparation for proposals and reports
- Oversee digital engagement: website updates, social media posts, and email campaigns
- Track and report key operational metrics and budgets
- Maintain accurate filing systems (digital & physical) and ensure data confidentiality
- Continuously improve systems, tools, and workflows for efficiency
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounts or related field
- Minimum 2 years in a senior administrative or office management role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital tools
- Experience supporting training or professional service firms is an added advantage
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and delivers with excellence
- Experience in a law firm or accounts department is preferred
