The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing staff schedules, and supporting hiring processes. Additional tasks include maintaining quality control, assisting in food and beverage service, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards.
Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
Excellent Communication skills
Knowledge in Food & Beverage operations
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is preferred
