- Manage front office duties including receiving and responding to inquiries from students, institutions, and staff via phone, email, or in person.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain filing systems.
- Support the planning and coordination of programme events, meetings, and training activities.
- Take minutes during meetings and ensure proper documentation of programme reports and communications.
- Support basic financial tasks such as raising requisitions, managing petty cash, and preparing payments in liaison with the finance office.
- Support donor reporting by preparing accurate narrative and financial reports in coordination with the programme coordinator and finance teams.
- Regularly update stakeholders on events and activities, and manage the programme's website and social media platforms.
- Design and draft communication materials such as flyers, posters, brochures, and resource books.
- Maintain policies, procedures, and administrative systems for accountability and programme effectiveness.
- Coordinate with facilitators, service providers, and other stakeholders for timely delivery of programme activities.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Banking or equivalent qualifications (CPA II, KATC) with at least 2 years' experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and web-based tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and commitment to service.
- Familiarity with community service, or educational programmes.
- Experience managing social media or web content.
- Understanding of values-based or faith-driven institutions.
- Experience in report writing
