- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support organizational goals.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analysis for management decision-making.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process and monitor budget performance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies to optimize financial resources.
- Oversee internal controls, risk management, and audit processes.
- Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering professional growth and performance.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Provide strategic financial insights to management to support long-term planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree is an added advantage).
- CPA-K certification (mandatory).
- Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in financial management systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
