- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities for the organization.
- Support in identifying and establishing strong customer relationships with present and potential customers.
- Support in organizing training workshops aimed at broadening revenue generation streams.
- Support in conducting data collection, analysis, and presentation.
- Assist in responding to customer enquiries, emails, calendar plans, meeting scheduling and answering phone calls.
- Support in drafting articles and position papers advocating on behalf of the company in the sector.
- Monitor analytics, optimize performance, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or plain CHRP Graduate.
- Strong attention to details and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in an office environment is a plus.
- An open mind set to learning and relearning.
- Hands-on experience on following up social media sales Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Canva/Adobe Suite.
- A strong personal brand or portfolio.
- Be in a position to travel when need be (5% travel across Kenya)
