- Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand representation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Manage brand campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness through KPIs and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and proactively recommend initiatives to strengthen brand equity.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, ideally within the software, technology, or digital industries.
- Proven track record in creating and executing successful brand strategies.
- Strong analytical skills combined with creative problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, content strategy, and branding tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English is required; additional EMEA languages are an advantage.
