Job Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end insurance claims processing (lodgment, follow-up, resolution).
  • Act as the key liaison between clients, insurers, and internal departments on all claims matters.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and claims documentation.
  • Follow up with insurance companies on pending claims and keep clients informed.
  • Support the Managing Director with reports on claims performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing and improving customer service processes.
Other Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in insurance claims processing and/or customer service preferably in an insurance brokerage firm
  • In-depth understanding of insurance policies and claims procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management systems.
  • Diploma in Insurance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • A customer-first attitude and a commitment to service excellence.
