- Handle end-to-end insurance claims processing (lodgment, follow-up, resolution).
- Act as the key liaison between clients, insurers, and internal departments on all claims matters.
- Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and claims documentation.
- Follow up with insurance companies on pending claims and keep clients informed.
- Support the Managing Director with reports on claims performance and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in developing and improving customer service processes.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in insurance claims processing and/or customer service preferably in an insurance brokerage firm
- In-depth understanding of insurance policies and claims procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management systems.
- Diploma in Insurance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- A customer-first attitude and a commitment to service excellence.
